We like to think of mindfulness as the ability to be aware that the only moment we have available is this one, right now and then recognizing it, seeing it and feeling it in our entire body, mind and heart. We realize that experiences may be “good” or “bad”, and we can simply observe and open up to the possibility to accept the experience as what it is – just an experience.
“Mindfulness is the awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally.”
