About Mindful Yoga
Mindful Yoga is simple, effective, contemplative and safe. Is Hatha Yoga combining this amazing practice with the mindful principles of the Buddhist tradition.
In my classes with gentle yoga body- exercises and the inclusion of mindfulness, we learn to perceive, strengthen and trust better our body. By drawing attention to physical and mental experiences, we strengthen the familiarity with our body, we learn to explore its possibilities and limits better and also how to contribute to the unity of body and mind. Mindful Yoga can be done by people of all ages, shapes, sizes, backgrounds and experience. Everybody is welcome.
