I believe...

…that the change we wish for the world must start within us. The moment we become aware of this insight, we can make the choice to change and live differently.

My work is a service to help others with this change. My main tool is mindfulness. I facilitate MBSR courses, workshops, and individual/group meditations, mindfulness-based counseling, and Mindful Yoga classes.

These tools are intended for anyone; for young and old, women and men and people from all walks of life. All can benefit from the practice of mindfulness. Many report that the benefits are realized very quickly.

I believe that mindfulness is an inner resource available to all of us, just waiting to be
